Depending on the method chosen. GraniteTek will use a reputable carrier and process the order for shipping within 48 hours of payment reconciliation.

Services are delivered based on a schedule agreed upon in advance between GraniteTek and the customer.

GraniteTek, its officers, agents, employees and assignees, are not liable for any and all claims from damages and/or data loss that may occur due to hardware and/or software failure or misuse.

Overdue invoices are subject to a 10% penalty per 30 days beginning from the first day the invoice become overdue.
